What is the difference between this and a traditional home warranty?
There are a lot of differences but the biggest one is that we cut out the middleman which means you get faster service without the frustration and hassles of third-party home warranty providers.
What if you can’t fix it?
That’s one of the best parts! If we can’t fix a covered item, we will replace it with a standard contractor grade part, fixture, or appliance at no additional cost to you!
Are there other out-of-pocket costs?
Traditional home warranties often have lots of “non covered” costs related to your “covered items”. Yeah, we know, it’s weird! But not with a Thomas Home Warranty. If the item is covered, its covered! It’s that simple.
Is there a long-term contract?
Nope! You are free to cancel any time you like. You just need to give thirty days’ notice and we will cancel your plan no questions asked! (If within the first 12 months, we will prorate charges for any services provided and send your final invoice).
