- 24-hour Emergency Response Guarantee: We define an emergency as the failure of a covered item which may cause personal injury or substantial damage to property if not addressed within 24 hours of notification.
- V.I.P. Front-of-the-Line Service: Club members always get the V.I.P. treatment when they call in for service. Including front of the line service which means shorter wait times and getting your home back to normal even faster.
- Reduced Service Fee: Normally $89, the service fee for club members is only $49 for all HVAC and plumbing service calls.

*Please note: this discount does not apply to new equipment installations, such as heating and cooling systems or sewer line replacements. Discounts cannot be combined. - Up to $300 in FREE Service: You will receive your free service coupon each year on your membership anniversary. Just pay your $49 service fee for any of your covered trades (heating, cooling, or plumbing) and the repair is on us (up to a $300 value).
