Our home warranty service said January 3 for service. We called Thomas  Home Svcs and they came the next day. Their tech, Alex, found the problem and fixed it w/o needing parts. He was also a very fine young guy. We signed up for their service. I rated two techs that day, the first Alex Thamm... fixed my non-heating oven. The second, Kelly Hill... came back to unlock it after I had made a mistake. Both were excellent and nice guys. Thank you both.
10/1/24 Had a plumbing problem. Leak affecting condo below me. Kevin came, found and fixed problem immediately. Grateful for fast and complete answer to problem involving a neighbor. Big relief. Appreciated service, speed, care.
