Everyone who comes to my home is professional, has experience in their respective trade, and has impressed me, which is difficult to do. Now, when I need home service, I know one of the excellent Thomas Home Services team will arrive quickly, dressed properly, prepared with the tools, experience, and parts to do the job correctly the first time. I have referred Thomas Home Services to friends and family. I do not work for, nor related to anyone at this company. They provided a/c service to me in the past and called me to do an a/c inspection last year. They gave me a price to repair both units, repair one and replace the other, and replace both units, which is what I decided to do. Will, the owner, was involved in the transaction when I chose to replace my old a/c units and when I signed up for the warranty and maintenance programs. He was very fair to work with and I appreciate that he took an interest in making sure that I was satisfied.
