They provided a/c service to me in the past and called me to do an a/c inspection last year. They gave me a price to repair both units, repair one and replace the other, and replace both units, which is what I decided to do. Will, the owner, was involved in the transaction when I chose to replace my old a/c units and when I signed up for the warranty and maintenance programs. He was very fair to work with and I appreciate that he took an interest in making sure that I was satisfied.
